We only ask for what we need to send you our brochure and organise your trip, and we never sell your details. Here is what we keep and why.

1. Who we are
Batours is a brand of Mada Solutions BV (VAT BE 1001.026.043), a Belgian company. We are responsible for your personal data. Questions about your data: info@batours.be.
2. What we keep
- Brochure and newsletter: your first name, email address and language.
- Booking or request: your name, contact details, the details of the travellers and anything you tell us about diets or health that matters for the trip.
- Payments: handled by Mollie; we see the amount and the status, not your card details.
3. Why
We send you the brochure and now and then an email about our trips, because you asked for it. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in every email or by replying. Booking details are needed to organise your trip and for our accounts.
4. Who else sees it
Only those who help us: our hosting in Belgium (Combell), our email (Microsoft 365), payments (Mollie), and for travellers the drivers, guides and accommodation in Kyrgyzstan, as far as they need it for your trip.
5. How long
Your email address until you unsubscribe. Booking details as long as the law requires for our accounts.
6. Cookies
The site remembers your language choice in your browser. Cookies to measure our ads and improve the site are only set after you accept them in the cookie banner.
7. Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at info@batours.be. If you're not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the Belgian Data Protection Authority (gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit.be).
